  • Exercise 4: Push-ups! Place your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart, your feet comfortably wide apart, your elbows pointing towards your heels and not turned outwards. Lower your body as low as possible, but do not touch the floor, and push back up. Don’t forget to breathe evenly and deeply! Repeat the exercise for 60 seconds.
  • Exercise 5: Cardio! Jumping jacks, also known as scissor jumps, or jogging on the spot are suitable for this. Repeat the exercise for 6 minutes.
